WHAT TIME DOES THE AIR SHOW START?

Gates will open at 2:30 p.m. Flying will go from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. â€‹We can't wait for you to see the Terre Haute Air Show in a whole new light! 

WEATHER UPDATES

Please be assured that we are monitoring weather closely and have plans in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees. We will provide timely updates through our social media channels if any changes are necessary. Rain or shine, we are ready for the Terre Haute Air Show to take flight!

HOW MUCH IS PARKING?

Parking is FREE at the Terre Haute Air Show!

We will have handicapped parking available in each lot and shuttles to help get you from the parking lots to the gates. 

WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND MY EVENTSPROUT TICKETS?

The easiest way to get your tickets is to find your email order confirmation; tickets are usually attached as a PDF file you can print. If you can’t find them, have trouble printing, or have any other questions, visit Eventsprout Zendesk here.

ARE REFUNDS AVAILABLE?

All attendees will have the opportunity to add ticket insurance at the time of purchase. There will be no refunds for this event unless you opt into the insurance and file a claim with FanShield.

WHAT CAN I BRING/NOT BRING?

We encourage General Admission to bring blankets and/or chairs to enjoy the show. 

 

The following items are prohibited at the Terre Haute Air show:

 

- Smoking or Vaping

- No outside alcohol

- No weapons of any kind

- No drones

- No canopies or tents. Nothing larger than a personal size umbrella for rain.

- No pets

- No coolers

- No 2-way AviRadios

DO I NEED TO BUY MY CHILDREN TICKETS?

General Admission tickets for ages 12 and under are FREE. Premium venue areas have a reduced price for youth admission. Please check our tickets page for additional information and current ticket prices.

IS THE SHOW THE SAME BOTH DAYS?

Yes, the show will be the same both days, barring any last minute changes.

CAN I FLY IN?

Yes. â€‹Hoosier Aviation will be offering services before the show both Saturday and Sunday. Visit their website for any additional questions: www.hoosieraviation.com

  • Tickets must be purchased in advance.

  • Air Show TFR will be in effect on Saturday and Sunday. All aircraft flying in must be on the ground and parked no later than 11 a.m.

  • Parking location will be located on taxiway Bravo beginning at B1. Marshallers will be present to park and fuel will be available.

  • Hoosier Aviation will be operating a shuttle to transport guests from their aircraft to an admittance point.

  • Guests will not be allowed back to their aircraft until after the TFR lifts.

FOOD/DRINK

We will have a variety of food and drink available for purchase on site. We want everyone to stay happy, healthy, and hydrated during the show! 

CAN I USE TICKETS FOR BOTH DAYS?

No, tickets are specific to the day of purchase. Thank you for your understanding!
