WHAT TIME DOES THE AIR SHOW START?

Gates open at 9:00 AM. The show will start at noon and go until 4:00-4:30 PM. The schedule will be the same both Saturday and Sunday (barring any last minute changes).

WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND MY EVENTSPROUT TICKETS?

The easiest way to get your tickets is to find your email order confirmation; tickets are usually attached as a PDF file you can print. If you can’t find them, have trouble printing, or have any other questions, visit Eventsprout Zendesk here.

ARE REFUNDS AVAILABLE?

All attendees will have the opportunity to add ticket insurance at the time of purchase. There will be no refunds for this event unless you opt into the insurance and file a claim with FanShield.

CAN I USE MY SUNDAY PREMIUM SEATING TICKETS ON SATURDAY INSTEAD?

No. All tickets are day specific for the day for which they are purchased. The premium venue areas have limited seating and tickets are sold for the number of seats available each day. You can transfer tickets to a different day by utilizing Eventsprout’s Zendesk.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

The following items are prohibited at the Terre Haute Air show:

- Smoking or Vaping

- No outside alcohol

- No weapons of any kind

- No drones

- No pets

- No coolers

- No 2-way AviRadios

DO I NEED TO BUY MY CHILDREN TICKETS?

General Admission tickets for ages 12 and under are FREE. Premium venue areas have a reduced price for youth admission. Please check our tickets page for additional information and current ticket prices.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GENERAL ADMISSION AND PREMIUM SEATING?

- General Admission tickets get you into the gate for the Air Show. You are responsible for your own seating.

- Pilots Lounge includes general admission chair seating, shade tent, complimentary water & soft drinks, catered buffet, non-public air conditioned portable restrooms, and a cash bar with beer and wine available for purchase for ages 21+.

- Seating Area with Shade Tents includes access to a general admission chair seating area, shade tent, complimentary water & non-public portable bathrooms. Chairs are provided. All Ages require a ticket.
